MTO gear flow divider with aluminum housing

Available from 2 to 12 sections

All inlet ports have an internal connection and every second chamber has an inlet port.

We offer two different executions: A – is executed with an into the housing integrated combined pressure relief and suction valve. The G - version is without this valve.

Flow dividers

MTO Gear flow divider with cast iron housing

Available from 2 to 12 sections in two sizes

Version EA – with in- and outlet blocks for endposition compensation made from steel (EA9) or aluminum (EA7). The sectional inletblocks are manufactured with an internal connection and variable usable inlet ports. The outlet blocks have integrated pressure relief valves for seondary loop protection, suction valves and measuring ports for each section. Version G/S - is without blocks and valves.

Flow dividers

HTO Gear flow divider with cast iron housings

Available from 2 to 12 sections

The HTO series includes integreated inlet and outlet blocks as well as higher working pressures up to 320 bar/4,600 psi. 

Furthermore, the HTO's inner components have been optimized in a way that there are only two sizes necessary to cover the 4 sizes required in the MTO series. 

The HTO series is only available with end position compensation. The pressure-relief and suction valves are integrated into the housing.

MT-GM Series Radial Piston Flow Dividers

Available from 2 to 3 sections

Based on coupled radial piston motors.

FEA with steel blocks is executed for endposition compensation with integrated pressure relief valves, suction valves and measuring ports for each section. FG is without endposition compensation.

MKA/MKS Series Piston Divider Valves

Two section flow divider valve in two different sizes

The MKA and MKS flow dividers have two sections and are available in two different sizes. Total flow rates from 2 to 150 l/min / 0.53 to 39.63 gpm. The valves are bidirectional (dividing and re-unifying). The dividing proportion is widely independent from pressure and viscosity within the synchronization error rate.

MKA housings are made from aluminium with peak pressures of 210 bar / 3,000 psi.

MKS housings are made from steel with peak pressures of 350 bar / 5,000 psi.
